In Groundwork you are invited on a journey through natural landscapes. As though born again in nature we return to our primary senses to explore through movement touch and play our physical evolution from basic organisms to intelligent human beings.

The course lasts 4-6 days and has been taught and adapted to a number of rural settings, on Dartmoor, in Snowdonia, in Catalunya, the forest of South Germany and near Stone Henge. We begin close to water...and where possible in water, and live together or at least close by each other during the residential.
