l love the discipline and rigour of Yoga, how it is so simple and yet profound in always reminding me to return to the breath. I offer classes in Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha Yoga and Meditation.  I encourage always somatic and anatomical investigation and integrate aspects of Shadow Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga that have influenced my personal practice for over 10 years. I qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2016 with the British School of Yoga and have completed over 500hrs of training also through the Royal Yoga Alliance & Trimurti School in India. I have since gained experience teaching a wide range of groups including professional dancers, olympic athletes, beginners, older people and yoga teachers in training. 
Regular Classes

I have taught Yoga on rural retreats and courses often in combination with open water swimming, somatic movement, dance, mountain walking and meditation.
